| Study
for the Movie in the Museum of Natural History - Part 1 The project 'Study for the Movie' comes from a specific situation in which the museum perceived as a collection of new discoveries becomes a set of unknowns. Exibits, though described and cataloged, remain unidentified. Science turns out to provide insufficient and probably useless instruments for understanding the exhibits. Therefore, their status remains vague. New photographs, sculptures and minimal installations take up a unique game and initiate a dialogue with the museum pieces in a new and unexpected way. Some examples are presented below are potentaial scenes of The Movie .. but in fact they exist also as independent works... |
